Our Wellness Classes offer unique opportunities to learn, grow, and connect with others on their wellness journey. From movement workshops to creative arts, from science-based education to experiential sound healing, each class is designed to expand your knowledge and enhance your well-being.


These small group experiences create a supportive environment where you can explore new modalities, ask questions, and build community connections. Our expert instructors bring their specialized knowledge to create engaging, interactive sessions that blend education with hands-on practice.


Classes are offered throughout the month on various topics including movement therapy, stress management, creative expression, breathwork, pelvic floor health, and more. Each session is designed to be accessible to all levels while providing valuable tools you can incorporate into your daily life.
