We offer flexible packages that can include yoga classes, therapeutic art sessions, sound healing experiences, halotherapy in our salt room, massage services, and more. Our experienced practitioners work with you to create a customized experience that fits your group's interests and wellness goals.


Our space can accommodate intimate gatherings of 6-8 people up to larger groups of 20+ depending on the activities chosen. We provide all necessary equipment, materials, and refreshments can be arranged upon request.
